1. Initial meeting

3. Our process
We are very conscious of not making a mess of your garden whilst completing a re turfing job. We use 6x4 boards to work from ensuring minimal mess and disruption to your garden and paths.
So to start Suffolk Garden Works will lift and dispose of your existing lawn. The turf thatch will be lifted by a digger or a self propelled turf cutter and put into a skip.
The soil will be re levelled. This may involve rotovating, to produce a fine tilth to work with. Any soil level changes that were discussed will now be dealt with - re distributing the existing soil, bringing in soil or even taking it out.
We are now ready to start turf laying. Suffolk Garden Works uses quality turf that is supplied by Toleshunt Turf Farms - unless otherwise specified.
